Who we are
This website is run by Casa Chalora, a private holiday villa in Orda, Candolim, North Goa 403515. You can reach us on +91 78292 53671.
What we collect
The enquiry form on this site doesn't store anything on our servers. When you press "Send on WhatsApp", it opens WhatsApp with your dates, guest count, pet answer, name and message filled in. Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp, and then it goes straight to us.
If you call or message us, we receive your phone number, name and the details you share.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, check availability and quote a rate
- To manage your booking and stay
- To ask for a review after your stay
We don't sell your details or share them with anyone for their own marketing.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
We use Google services to understand how visitors use this site and to measure our Google ads, for example whether an ad click led to a call or a WhatsApp message. These services, such as Google Analytics and Google Ads, may set cookies or use similar technology, and Google processes this data under its own privacy policy. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and manage ad personalisation at adssettings.google.com.
The map on our page is embedded from Google Maps, which may also set cookies.
Third parties
Messages you send us on WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own privacy policy. This website is hosted on Cloudflare.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and booking details only as long as we need them to handle your stay and to meet legal and tax requirements.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you by calling or messaging +91 78292 53671.
